Will I be charged for re-deliveries?
Only if the courier has been unable to deliver on more than 3 occasions and you haven’t informed them of any change.
What can it be returned?
Any product except Gift Vouchers can be returned
Will there be a charge?
The cost of returning the product is at your expense. We can organise this on your behalf and will give you the exact price. If the goods are faulty there will be no charge. If the goods are unwanted we charge for the return of the goods and a £20 handling charge as this is passed on to us by the fulfillment company.
How many days do I have to return the product?
You have 2 weeks to return the product however if the product is faulty please let us know immediately and send an image of the fault. If it has been damaged in transit please can you photograph the packaging
Can I change the product for another one?
Yes you can but we would need to charge the cost of shipping the products to and from your house
