What do I do about returns?
We accept product returns and will refund the buyer with a 14 day money back guarantee. All items to be returned in their original packaging, there may be a charge for picking up the package and putting back into stock If there is a fault with your product we will refund you or replace without any issue, all we ask is you send a picture of the fault as this helps us improve If the product has been opened and used and is being returned due to 'unsuitability' we may part refund the order upon inspection.
How quickly can I get my product, where do you ship to?
Shipping is up to 5 business days from receipt of order if the item is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We do offer 48 hour delivery in the UK. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive as this is carried out by 3rd party couriers. If an address has to be updated and the order is already processed to Shipped, the customer must contact the shipper and have the package rerouted once receiving the tracking ID. We can ship to anywhere in the world except to PO Box's or Armed Forces with prior arrangement by direct contact with Pouf Daddy - please contact us at [email protected]
The colour of my bag looks different to the one on line?
We endeavour to replicate the colours of our products as best we can, however due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen as an exact colour of the product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. We will happily refund in the case of colour not being suitable. It will be possible to provide material swatches for larger orders, these will be priced up on request and refunded upon receipt of an order. We can provide in some cases the Pantone reference.

What forms of payment do you take?
