- Delivery Information
You will receive an email from us which confirms the order. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. We aim to get orders out within 2 working days, please bear in mind orders after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the following week but if it is urgent please call us and we will see what we can do. Please allow 5 working days during busy periods. If we can’t deliver in this time frame we will notify you by email.
Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with the delivery details with your tracking number. You will be contacted by the courier company by text or by email and you will be able to amend your delivery directly with them. If you do encounter any problems, then please email us quoting your order number and tracking number to make it easy for us to follow up.
Once you receive your order please double check everything has been delivered – except for the Poufs and Dog beds or other small items, this will be 2 boxes for each item. Please check that there has been no damage in transit and inform us immediately if there has been. Please keep hold of your packaging just in case you change your mind as the courier will need to have the product in the original packaging should you wish to return it. Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat do I do about returns?We accept product returns and will refund the buyer with a 14 day money back guarantee.
